    Service providers<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    De nombreux responsables maintenance se retrouvent\u00a0confront\u00e9s \u00e0\u00a0la difficult\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer\u00a0ces prestataires de service et de leurs activit\u00e9s.\u00a0En cause, le nombre important de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de services avec lesquelles ils peuvent \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler. Le suivi des interventions des prestataires, leur notation, le stockage des documents d\u2019interventions et la comparaison entre prestataires de service avec d\u2019autres responsables maintenance sont souvent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments difficiles \u00e0 mettre en place.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This is why Presta-Service works with local service providers,<\/strong>who are checked after each intervention and referenced in the HARMONY database. The usefulness of local service providers lies in the zero carbon emission and thus favour the local economy. Our teams work every day to find service providers close to the intervention sites, to enrich the CMMS. You then have qualified technicians everywhere in France for your shops.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Before entering them into the CMMS, we carry out a complete analysis of the supplier, with their pricing (travel costs, hourly rate, etc.) as well as their availability and their area of action (limited to one department or can travel to several).<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Suppliers<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    As with the service providers, our suppliers are chosen for their responsiveness and their geographical location. Thanks to the referencing of these companies in the CMMS, it is easier to control costs and thus offer you the best equipment at the right price.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n
